Development and validation of an evolutionary, human-centred framework for change-competent Organisations (EvoFrame)

2023-2025

Thanks to the complete networking of all systems, AI-controlled robots and an ever-increasing degree of automation in production halls, the working world of tomorrow will change and be subject to ever faster transformations.

The vision of the fifth industrial revolution is that industry will create added value for people and society. Efficiency and productivity are no longer the only objectives, but the well-being of the employee, the resilience of the economy and the limits of the planet must be taken into account.

In the context of Industry 5.0, the EvoFrame project deals with questions relating to the ability of employees in companies to change. As part of TU Berlin's research activities, intelligent techniques for the reorganization of teams and human-robot collaboration are being transferred to the PROCEED platform.
